After a near sold-out album launch show at Chapel Off Chapel in Prahran in June and a string of successful intimate house concert shows, showcase appearances (including Sofar Sounds & instore at Basement Discs) and local gigs since then, I'm BEYOND proud to release a brand-new animated music video for Unseen.

Illustrated and directed by the supremely talented Ry Wilkin (are/why?), the clip tells the story of an elderly couple living in their lifelong family home until the husband passes away suddenly, leaving the lady there alone to live amongst the memories they both shared. It’s one of the most personal and introspective songs off the new album, largely inspired from my own family experiences and the time in between both my grandparents’ passing.

I’m so proud of the song itself, produced by the team at The Aviary Recording Studio and I’m thrilled with the how the music video has turned out. It’s really special to me and I hope you enjoy watching as much as we all enjoyed putting it together.

I’ll be launching the album on Wednesday August 29th at The Local Taphouse (St Kilda) in St Kilda as part of Live N Local's Carlisle Street Sounds. It’s a 7:30pm stripped-back storytellers set with live projections & guest(s). I’d love to see you all there.
